Spring Cone Crusher

Cone crusher is suitable to crush various kinds of ores and rocks of medium or above medium hardness. Compare with jaw crusher, cone crusher is of stable structure, high efficiency, easy adjustment, and use economically, etc. The spring safety system of crusher acts as an overloading protection system that allows metals to pass through the crushing chamber so as not to damage the cone crusher. The safety system uses dry oil and water as two kinds of sealed formation to make plaster powder and engine oil separated to make sure reliable performance. The type of crushing chamber depends upon the size of feeding and fineness of the crushed product. The standard type (PYB) is applied to medium crushing, the medium type is applied to medium or fine crushing and the short head type is applied to fine crushing.

Features:

1. The movable cone rotate without stop, the material stave process and the ex-denning process continuously carry on in turn along the active face,the productivity is high.

2. The material clamps between two cones, receives the extrusion, curving and the shear action, stave easy, the power consumption is the attrition low.

4. The main strucure of cone crusher are : the rack, the horizontal axis, moves the cone, the balance wheel, the bias set of, on the stave wall (fixed awl), under the stave wall (moves awl), the fluid strength coupler, the lubrication system, the hydraulic system, the control system and so on.

5. The movable cone and the fixed cone are setting,when movable cone swinging ,there is an equal parallel-banded structure between the movable cone and fixed cone which is nearby the exit of stave cavity,making the end product to estimate evenly. The feed head size is not big, the material which can process is the primary stave material.

6. It uses dry oil and water as two kinds of sealed formation to prevent the dust impurity in entering the main machine, thus has guaranteed oil clean, and lengthens the service life of the sliding bearing, the thrust force ball bearing, and causes the machine operation to be reliable.

7. When unbreaken material goes through the stave cavity or some kind of reason makes machine overloading, the cone crusher's spring insurance system realizes the insurance, the row of ore is increased.

8. The foreign matter discharges from the stave cavity of the cone crusher, if we uses the clear cavity system when the foreign matter in the throat, which can cause continue increase of the row of ore and make the foreign matter to discharge from stave cavity.

9. Under spring's function,the throat automaticly reset, the cone machine rework again.
